Cal Griva is a country house on the Cal Pauet farm, built in the 17th century, and renovated in 2010.

At Cal Pauet we are devoted to eco-friendly agriculture and livestock. This eco-awareness inspired us to renovate Cal Griva sustainably according to bio-construction criteria, using breathable materials like lime, terracotta flooring and duly treated wool insulation from our own sheep.

The house is heated with biomass technology, a renewable energy source that uses wood chips obtained through periodic clearing of nearby forests.

We have also tested the geopathy zones and carried out a feng-shui study.

The interior of the house is decorated with an eye for detail, combining rustic and modern styles.

We have also respected the exterior architecture, which is typical of Catalan farmhouses and blends seamlessly with the beautiful landscape.
